These draft terms explain the basis on which customers may access and use Colourfy.

Using Colourfy

You must provide accurate account information, keep access details secure, and use the service only for lawful colour-visualisation work.

Paid access is provided according to the plan and billing period selected at checkout. Pricing is shown inclusive of VAT.

You remain responsible for photos and other material uploaded to Colourfy, including having permission to use and share them.

On-screen colours are visual guides only. Final paint choices should be confirmed using a physical Plascon swatch before purchase or application.

Subscriptions may be cancelled through Team & billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to the final cancellation terms.
