Your trial does not require a card. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Subscription payments
Subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins. If a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs, contact us so we can review it.
Cancellations
You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing period and no further renewal will be charged.
Service problems
If Colourfy is materially unavailable and we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a fair partial or full refund for the affected period.
Requesting a review
Contact Colourfy with the account email, invoice date, and reason for the request. We will confirm the outcome after reviewing the account and payment record.
